Have you visited North Carolina's largest carousel at the Greensboro Science Center? 🎠 Standing 43 feet tall, the Rotary Club of Greensboro Carousel sits on a 1.75-acre site and features 56 hand-carved and hand-painted figures. Timmons Group proudly provided engineering design, topographic survey, and landscape architecture for this project. Our Prince George survey team recently came across a unique find near Temple Recreation Park. While traversing through Warwick swamp, they discovered a property corner marker from the late 1800s, still preserved on a black gum tree. Chris Rogers, is a senior project manager with our stormwater services team in Timmons Group's Raleigh office. Outside of his impressive 12 years in the civil engineering field, Chris is a dedicated First Sergeant to a Marine Corps Reserve rifle company of about 100 Marines in East Tennessee. “I have to give a shout out to my team here.
