While JWB Solutions has a general focus on projects in privately owned buildings leased by the Federal Government, that isn’t all we do! JWBS has been hired to over see the construction of the next Gather Co-Working space in the West End of Richmond Va! We are acting as the tenant rep for the build out and partnering with UrbanCore Construction as the General Contractor and Highwoods Properties as the Landlord! Demo is well underway and this awesome team we have is doing everything in our power to deliver this space for the Gather Membership towards the end of Q1 2025. “The beloved community of inclusion – we see that as our mission and thanks to you, it’s a reality.” Yesterday in Richmond, Virginia, City Councilwoman Ellen Robertson was among the dignitaries joining us to celebrate not one but two incredible affordable housing achievements: the grand opening of Highland Terrace and the groundbreaking for Green Park. Also on hand were our CEO and President Shaun Donovan, Janine Lind, MBA, CPM, president of our Community Development division, Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney, and a host of essential partners who made this day – and these beautiful, resilient, sustainable homes – possible.
