It was a great pleasure having been able to participate at the official presentation of CSAIA - Centro Studi Avanzati per l'Intelligenza Artificiale by its president Pier Paolo Maria Menchetti in the amazingly beautiful setting of the Sala del Refettorio at the Library of our Government Camera dei deputati in Rome. A special thank should go to our gracious host Hon. Giorgio Mulé, Vice-President of the Camera dei Deputati for his inspiring opening of the meeting and to all the many participants who contributed their view on all the great changes this new technology will bring to all aspects of our lives, in the not too distant future. A day of training was held at the ICGEB, during which researchers from the Cardiovascular Biology laboratory, headed by Serena Zacchigna, provided specific training on the use of flow cytometry and cell sorting to colleagues from the Slovenian partner #GaiaCell for the characterisation of adipose tissue cells. #Flowcytometry and #cell sorting are particularly relevant for the #Interreg #COHERENCE project, as they allow detailed characterisation of the various cell populations generated upon the expansion of patient’s primary cells, by labelling different membrane receptors with fluorescent markers. Specifically, endothelial cells and mesenchymal cells will be studied and characterised, for their eventual therapeutic use. 👉 https://lnkd.in/dQdYVWpp 🇮🇹🇸🇮
