    Last Tuesday, ten Sciences Po students of the program New Luxury & Art de Vivre had the opportunity to experience an exciting and challenging real life business case on sustainable food strategies in luxury hospitality. Over the course of the program, students had the privilege of engaging with the world-class Cheval Blanc restaurants in France, diving deep into the complexities of creating gastronomic experiences that are not only healthy for the body and the planet but also truly engaging for both our clients and employees. After weeks of intense preparation, two finalist teams presented their innovative solutions to a distinguished jury of Cheval Blanc and LVMH executives, along with an esteemed Food Transition expert and senior Sciences Po representatives. The jury was impressed by the ingenuity, professionalism, and passion demonstrated by all participants, showcasing the immense potential for sustainable gastronomy in the luxury hospitality sector. Congratulations to the winning team for their remarkable ideas and forward-thinking approach. This partnership is part of LVMH’s ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders in sustainable luxury.
