Please congratulate one of this quarter's Heroes, Residential Supervisor Jana Hawthorne! Jana has been with us for 10 years. She started as a Life Skill Trainer, then moved to our audit program. After working with the audits, helping the individuals we serve in therapy, and really enjoying watching them get better and stronger, she became a PT. Jana later became the Shift Supervisor. She is always working hard to make sure the individuals we serve have the best quality of life. Jana is truly an amazing leader, and this is evident every day in her hard work. #CareersWellLived
