November is #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth! 🎉 At ADHS, we proudly celebrate the rich cultures and contributions of Indigenous peoples. 💚 Meet Teresa, a proud member of the Diné (Navajo) Tribe! Teresa is passionate about preserving traditional practices and highlighting the vital role Indigenous Tribes have played in shaping Arizona’s history. When asked about the significance of this month, Teresa shared: "It’s important for all Arizonans to understand the historical importance and roles of Indigenous peoples and Tribes in Arizona, as well as the unique considerations when working with Tribes." #HonoringHeritage
