Well, first of all, everyone should understand why there's tension to begin with. What I mean by this is, what is the tension related to? There has to be something that everyone disagrees with, individually and subjectively of course. But there also has to be something everyone agrees with as well, and this is how you resolve tensions. Everyone should find and agree on common goals between all the different business strategies, and run with that. Whatever is the win-win outcome is what you go with essentially. Oh and above all, no ego whatsoever. Just because you feel strong about something you like, doesn’t make it the right way.

They can be the spark for innovation and trust.

Understand the Core Conflicts As a mediator that will try to come up with a better solutions for conflict or friction, I would look at the facts below:- Identify the Root Causes: Conduct one-on-one or group discussions to pinpoint the key areas of disagreement—be it market focus, resource allocation, or long-term goals. Acknowledge Perspectives: Actively listen to each party's rationale to build trust and show respect for their viewpoints.
