Identify organisations and their services, and whether the client meets their criteria. It is important to understand and help these organisations as they too have their risks and limitations, and we want both the client and organisations to benefit from this arrangement

When a clients needs are unmet, I would first inquire about their strengths, hobbies, and interests. At times, clinicians are to willing to use community resources when a client may have considered those options in the past. With a thorough assessment of strengths and challenges faced, one can refer to the development of a support system. Often times, the client may have a resource, but does not choose to utilize the support or there are barriers to receiving that support. You can leverage community partners by knowing each partner and leveraging the strengths of that partner to meet the needs of the client. First, I would start with clients own internal and external supports.

The key when attracting supporters is to emphasize the advantages for their own goal achievement. If you can do your work together with less energy and resources, it creates a win-win situation for everyone. The clients and the organizations working with them.

Acho que seria produtivo identificar parcerias com mesmos interesses, apos organizar um encontro entre os interessados e comunidade para um debate transparente, com intuito de soluções para o problema.
