After watching Hilke Schellmann’s talk on AI in hiring, it got me thinking: Could we be working smarter? Takeaway: Start small—try using AI tools to automatically source candidates based on your job descriptions. The key is to let AI handle the repetitive tasks so you can focus on what truly matters: building relationships and finding the best talent.
