Baltimore County has entered into a significant partnership with MCB Real Estate, supported by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, to advance affordable housing efforts in our region. This collaboration entails the reservation of 460 affordable housing units across three key sites: Springs Townhomes, BLVD at White Springs, and Beacon Pointe Apartments and Townhomes. These units will be made available to families earning 60%-80% of the county's median income for up to 40 years.
