The top R packages for Clinical Biostatistics - list curated by me coming soon! As someone who is in this field (R use in Clinical Research) for almost a decade, i decided to make a list of top 50 R packages based on my opinion. What is factored by me here : 1. My own experience on the use of specific packages. 2. Validation, documentation and the source code 3. The fact that some of the packages are developed by top Pharmaceutical companies and their Statisticians and Data Scientists (not a strict need but a plus). All these factors will play a role in a list i am curating. Will probably start with 20 packages and then expand towards 50 top packages. Stay tuned and feel free to leave your own suggestions, comments too! #datascience #biostatistics #research #clinical #biomedicalresearch #r #rstats #rprogrammer #pharma #company #industry #statisticalprogramming
