If you’re a #militaryspouse looking for a rewarding job that can give you the flexibility to support your service member through transfers and relocations, come #WorkAtVA: https://lnkd.in/gKUjCMKF
Supporting military families and their spouses is so crucial. It's amazing to see how far we've come in creating opportunities for those who support our service members!
I am a veteran whose spouse is looking for a job in the aviation industry preferably around the Dayton OH area. Do you have any resources or job opportunities in that field?
This is so wonderful that we are able to support spouses like this. When I started in the government it was very hard for spouses to have a career while supporting their active military spouses.
What about for nurses? I have tried as my husband is active duty but can't get the VA to entertain my application. I even worked in a VA/base facility contracted and couldn't move forward.
I am a dependent that is looking for a job in the healthcare industry preferably around the Charlotte NC area. Do you have any resources or job opportunities in that field? That I can start in
I'm interested and I’ve applied to over 20 positions. Praying 🙏 for the opportunity.

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
2dWhen I attempted to transfer between VA facilities, they cut the position I was transferring to after I was strung out in the hiring process for 5 months. I was forced to either return to duty at my old facility (three states away) or resign. Flexibility and the ability to transfer are nonexistent. Unfortunately, VA cannot be trusted due to its current fiscal climate. This post is false advertising.
