Our dedicated Atlas Sustainability Team in Asheville, NC, has been hard at work conducting capital needs assessments and ASHRAE energy audits for multifamily properties affected by Hurricane Helene. With over 300 affordable housing families impacted, these assessments are identifying critical rehabilitation needs to restore homes to livable conditions. 🌱🏠 Our energy audits go beyond basic restoration.
