    This is an elementary introduction and is aimed at absolute beginners, so be aware of that. People with a basic knowledge of such things may find it a bit slow; It would be unfair to review it poorly because of that.

    The content is well presented. I just wish that in General there were better ways to Practice what is being taught . Exercise problems need to be provided that are also easily accessible to the Student with a good description of how to get to them and do them. In addition to being able to check and review your homework results.
