There are some cases where a button or a page won’t appear on your Website Actions list:

  • Buttons that appear on iframes can’t be tracked.
  • Buttons or pages with a low number of clicks or visits might not appear. This can include new buttons or pages you’ve recently added.
  • Buttons or pages on a subdomain that doesn’t have the Insight Tag installed can’t be tracked and won’t appear on your list.

My Website Actions audience count is too low

When you create an audience using Website Actions and see an audience count significantly lower than the number of users on the Website Actions dashboard in Campaign Manager, this is typically due to the time period and the type of audience:

  • Time period - The Website Actions dashboard displays the count of actions taken on your website in the last 30 days. The audience count shows the number of actions taken on your website starting when the audience was created.
  • Type of audience - The Website Actions dashboard shows the total number of visitors to your website who performed the action. The audience count only shows the number of LinkedIn members.
