Employee Advocacy highlights metrics are an aggregate calculation from the past 30 days. The percentage increase or decrease for each metric can be used as an indicator of engagement with your recommended content.

Recommendation | The number of recommendations that your Page made for employees. |
Posts | The number of posts generated by employees from recommendations. |
Reactions to posts | The total number of reactions by LinkedIn members to employee posts generated by recommendations. |
Comments on posts | The number of comments by LinkedIn members on employee posts generated from recommendations. |
Reposts | The number of reposts by LinkedIn members from employee posts generated from recommendations. |
Employee Advocacy metrics
The change in the number of recommendations, posts from recommendations, reactions to posts, comments on posts, and reposts over a specified timeframe.
Employees posting from recommendations
The number of posts shared by employees according to their seniority, job function, and location over a specified timeframe.
LinkedIn members reached
The number of LinkedIn members who interacted with your employees’ posts that were generated from recommendations according to their companies, location, job function, seniority, and industry.
Recommendation engagement
Recommendation engagement analytics are based on all recommendations made to employees over a specified timeframe. Each metric can be used to gauge the quality of content recommended to employees, the content employees find most helpful while building their personal brand, and content that resonates with your employees’ networks.

Employee Advocacy analytics might show a number of employee posts and reposts that's different from what appears on the bottom of the post. This can happen when the post is shared to a private group or another audience that isn't public.
