Employer brand analytics for your LinkedIn Page

Last updated: 9 months ago

With LinkedIn Career Pages, you can gain insight into the performance of your LinkedIn Page with employer brand analytics to gauge trends across metrics and time periods.

We have made changes to LinkedIn for members in the European Economic Area or Switzerland to comply with regulations including the Digital Markets Act (DMA). In some cases, data insights may not be available for members that have not connected their LinkedIn professional networking experience with jobs, marketing solutions, or Learning.

There are four types of employer brand analytics that can help you measure the engagement of your Career Pages.

Talent pipeline

The Talent pipeline section displays key metrics based on member actions with your Page and jobs that include:

  • Total career page impressions
  • Number of page visitors that viewed jobs
  • Number of new hires who visited your pages

Talent flows

The Talent flows section displays the number of employees gained from or lost to a specific organization’s Page, helping Page Admins identify talent competitors and trends. This data is based on an employee’s industry indicated on their LinkedIn profile during the past 12 months.

To sort the Talent flows data, click the Sort by dropdown menu in the upper-right corner, then select Departures or Gains.

Talent flows data is similar to data found in LinkedIn Talent Insights, providing data and insights on talent pools and companies of interest.

Talent attraction

This section measures how many competitor followers are engaging with your organization by viewing your Page, viewing your open jobs, or applying to your jobs. For example, clicking Viewed your jobs from the Employees from these companies dropdown displays the number of visitors from the specified competitor Pages that looked at your job opportunities. It also shows the average amount of time these visitors have worked for that company.

Applicant behavior

This section displays the number of your applicants who have engaged with competitor Pages by viewing their Page, viewing their jobs, or have applied to their jobs. For example, clicking Applied to these companies from the Your applicants dropdown menu displays the number of your applicants who have applied to jobs with the specified competitor Pages.
