You can change your password from the Change password page within settings.

To change your password from the Settings & Privacy page:
  1. Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
  2. Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown.
  3. Under Sign in & security, select Change password.

  4. Enter your current password, type your new password, and then retype it to confirm.
    • Passwords are case-sensitive and must have at least eight characters. A strong password should be a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
    • For security purposes, you may be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email address or to approve the change through your LinkedIn app.
  5. Select the checkbox next to Require all devices to sign in with new password if you'd like to be automatically signed out of all devices where you are logged in.

  6. Click Save password. For security purposes, you may be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your phone or email address.

If you don't remember your password, you can get password help by clicking Forgot password at the bottom of the Change password page or on the Sign in page.
