By default, the primary email address you've registered with LinkedIn is only visible to your direct connections on LinkedIn. If the direct connection connects their LinkedIn account with approved apps and services, like Outlook, they will be able to view your email address in those services by default. Your primary email address will also be visible to people who are your email contacts or vice versa.
