'Tis the season to #ShopSmallWI! During the holiday season, we urge everyone to visit locally owned businesses in your community. Governor Tony Evers has proclaimed Nov. 30-Dec. 31 as "Shop Small Season," but it's always the right time to shop local. The Village of Mount Horeb offers a great selection of unique small businesses that offer locally owned products. Janelle owns Jangle Soaps and Natural Living. She makes all of her soaps and stocks items made by local vendors. Next door is Isaac's Antiques, which offers all kinds of unique gift ideas and artwork made by local artists. Be sure to also check out SIFT and Winnow. Owner Linda specializes in handmade copper enamel jewelry. And you can wrap up the trip by finding a sweet treat at Driftless Chocolates. Chief chocolatier Stan and his team offer a great selection of fine artisan chocolates. Thank you to Mount Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce for helping highlight these great local businesses!
