Meet our newest Quantitative Trader, Angela Li! 🎒 Education: Bachelor's in Statistics and Computer Science, concurrent Master's in Statistics from Harvard 🎼 Hobbies: She adores anything music-related or active/outdoors! 🎻 Fun fact: Angela has been playing the violin since she was 4 and recently joined an orchestra here in NYC! 😁 Why Virtu: "I was lucky enough to be both a former Wintern and Intern, and had an incredible experience during both. The Winternship was my first exposure to Virtu and quant in general, and it was inspiring to see and learn from so many amazing women doing high-impact work at the firm. Last summer, my team was wonderful and taught me so much, and there was also really great camaraderie and friendship among the interns. Everyone here at Virtu is so intelligent and hardworking, but even before that they’re fundamentally kind and good people; it’s so hard to find and truly unmatched." 🔢 What I'm most excited about doing at Virtu: Angela is excited to learn and grow alongside the people here.
