As part of VS&Co’s commitment to women’s well-being, we recently partnered with the Association of Pickleball Players(APP) for the “Dream Big Summit” in Columbus, Ohio, as part of the inaugural APP Women's Open presented by Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute. VS&Co sponsored the summit for high school and college women to connect and learn about building confidence, play pickleball, while also raising funds for the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research. A panel discussion featured pro pickleball player Megan Fudge, Deputy Director of OSUCCC Electra Paskett, PhD, VS&Co Senior Designer Natalie McLean and founder and CEO of Ruling Our Experiences (ROX) Lisa Hinkelman, Ph.D., moderated by sports journalist AJ McCord. Panelists shared their insight about empowerment and developing self-advocacy as a young woman.

Recently our Early Talent team hosted 20 students from The Ohio State University Fashion & Retail Studies at our Columbus HQ to hear from industry professionals from VS&Co, tour our home office, and participate in a focus group. Associates from our Hong Kong office recently visited The Salvation Army Hong Kong and Macau Territory Kam Tin Residence of Senior Citizens where they spent quality time with residents, played games and stretched together. Comprised of over 150 passionate associates, AP works around the clock to keep our associates and customers safe and our offices, DCs and worldwide assets secure. Recently, our ALL IN India IRG hosted its first volunteer event at the Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, Bangalore. During the event, the team created over 300 health and hygiene kits for local students with the goal to empower people with disabilities and underserved communities.
