    Did you know 1 in 2 families experience diaper shortages in the U.S.?   Our Raleigh team recently volunteered with the Diaper Bank of North Carolina, an organization that makes a real difference for women, children and seniors. We joined forces to wrap diaper packs that are ready to be distributed across the state to families in need. This is especially important as our community is still recovering from the impact of Hurricane Helene.    Thank you to our team members who put in the time and energy this week to give back!

    As we follow the devastating effects of yet another major hurricane hitting the southeastern United States, we are concerned for our SPECTRAFORCE team as well as the communities in which they live. At SPECTRAFORCE, we place human connection at the forefront of everything we do. The need for care, connection, and collective action is more critical than ever. In the wake of Hurricanes Milton and Helene, we are making donations to the Food Bank of Eastern and Central North Carolina (https://lnkd.in/ewVDbZZp), with whom we have an ongoing partnership, and the Red Cross(https://lnkd.in/guV33BD). We invite you to join us in offering your support if you’re able to. We are also organizing our team members to volunteer with the Diaper Bank of North Carolina (https://lnkd.in/g8wy3E9d) as well as put together gift bags, including hand warmers, mittens, and flashlights, to a local community organization that is delivering supplies to western North Carolina in the coming weeks. It goes without saying that the effects of a warming planet are increasingly dangerous and alarming, and at SPECTRAFORCE, we’re committed to continuing to develop and apply corporate sustainability practices, and hope you will, too.
