The annual forecast from PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Urban Land Institute dubbed D-FW as the best place to buy, build and finance property in the year ahead.
North Texas improved upon its third-place ranking for 2024. D-FW has ranked in the top 10 for the last six years. D-FW also took the top spot in 2019.
Last month marked the one-year anniversary of breaking ground at NorthEnd—one of Dallas’ most ambitious developments and the largest excavation site in the city. Spanning 4.5 acres and reaching 70 feet down, this milestone showcases the incredible vision, expertise, and dedication of our exceptional partners, all working together to bring this transformative project to life.
In just one year, we’ve made significant progress with an average of 250 workers on-site daily and 4 tower cranes powering the skyline:

Construction at North Fields Apartments is in motion. The first block of multifamily units has reached the "dry-in" phase, with facade work actively underway and expected to be completed by the end of November.
