Read on to learn what excites Kim about Greenlight ⬇️   What is your favorite Greenlight feature and why? "Driving reports. Greenlight’s safety features take the app beyond financial literacy and money management. I love driving reports because they encourage safe driving in a gamified way. Once a user has completed a trip they’ll get a report that scores their speed and unsafe actions (no texting at stop lights!) — so parents can gain confidence in their teens’ independence behind the wheel." What excites you most about the work you and your team are doing? "The Greenlight Design team is like its own little ecosystem. As we continue to evolve the brand and innovate our approach to design systems, we feed off of each others' creativity to develop solutions together. Building on each other's strengths is our secret sauce."

🌟 Today, we’re shining our Employee Spotlight on Nick Souder, our Sales Director! Nick leads our Greenlight for Credit Unions and Greenlight for Work teams, and has been with us since May 2024. Read on to learn more about Nick and his time at Greenlight so far ⬇️   What brought you to Greenlight?  "Greenlight was really the perfect intersection of my passions and skill set. I am a personal finance nerd that has always loved working with kids and building a solid foundation for the youth in my communities. Professionally, I also happen to have good experience building B2B partnership and sales teams in the banking and credit union space. It was a match made in heaven." What excites you most about the work you and your team are doing?  "The work we are doing at Greenlight is a breath of fresh air. No one can argue that providing financial literacy and teaching kids to be responsible with money is anything other than making an objectively good impact on the world. In terms of what excites me the most from a growth perspective, it is the vast opportunity we have in front of us. We have grown our partnerships division incredibly quickly (over 90 partners since we launched last year), and we are just getting started!"
