G&A is excited to be a part of the large-scale transformation of Mill Creek Elementary School and Central Bucks South! The School District has submitted sketch plans to Warrington Township officials to assist in the planning and proposal process. The growing population and the district-wide grade level realignment (K-5 elementary, 6-8 middle, 9-12 high school model) are the driving factors for this project.

Just last week, the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development awarded funds from the Statewide Local Share Account Program. These funds support projects in the public interest and improve the quality of life within the Commonwealth. We are thrilled to have helped our clients receive over $5.4 Million in LSA funding for their upcoming infrastructure, recreation, safety, and utility improvement projects! To date, G&A has helped secure over $140 Million in funds for our clients and the communities we serve. G&A is thrilled to see this wonderful project become a reality for the entire Whitemarsh Township Community! Miles Park Playground has been fully renovated and features inclusive, sensory play equipment and ADA accessible routes, as well as the complete renovation of the basketball courts which now include pickleball, new bleachers, walkways, and lighting. G&A assisted the Township in receiving grant funding from the DCNR Community Conservation Partnership Program for these improvements. G&A provided grant funding assistance and management, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and construction observation. #inclusive #placemaking #grantfunding

Sometimes my office looks a little different. -Well Drilling Project Update- Gilmore & Associates, Inc., oversaw the installation of a new supply well to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our team collected rock chip samples at 5-foot intervals to develop a detailed well log, including lithology. Following the completion of the well construction, an aquifer test will be conducted to assess the well’s performance and capacity. #EngineeringExcellence #SustainableWater #WellDrilling #Hydrogeology
