    It was a true honor for e.l.f. to host the inaugural Power of Women's Sports Summit during the Billie Jean King Cup, a day of inspiring speakers and programming to remind an international audience of businesses, though leaders and athletes that the strongest, boldest power comes from the collective.    e.l.f. has been onsite in Malaga, Spain, to cause an e.l.f.ing racket to democratize access to the best of beauty, to wealth creation and to level playing fields in entertainment, sports, boardrooms and beyond.     Our CMO, Kory Marchisotto, shared the stage with CNN International News Anchor, Christiane Amanpour, to discuss how e.l.f. strives to lift the underserved and be a champion for the underdog. Alongside Billie Jean King 🐐, Kory helped Serve Facts, shining a light on the inequalities that still plague women in sports.    ✨ Women’s sports receive only 15% of sports media coverage.   ✨ 84% of all sports fans are interested in women’s sports.  ✨YET girls have 1.3 MILLION fewer opportunities to play high school sports than boys.   ✨ Of the minority of women who make it to corporate leadership roles, 90% of them played sports when they were younger.  ✨More women in leadership and board roles lead to higher ROI.     Throughout the summit, one message rang loud and clear: sports hold immense power as a catalyst for societal change. With a platform where all voices are represented and heard, we can collectively open doors to opportunities that were once unimaginable. e.l.f. is investing time and resources to create a brighter future for the next generation of changemakers so when they think of what an athlete represents, they see themselves reflected on the screen and on the field. We remain steadfast in our cause to push boundaries and break down barriers to create a more equitable playing field.    This is not a journey that can be walked alone. Teamwork is essential.     “Champions keep playing until they get it right” - Billie Jean King    That’s why we are causing an e.l.f.ing racket at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in Malaga, Spain, to celebrate empowering.legendary.females and continue our commitment to champion the underdogs and create a space to amplify their voices.     e.l.f. is dedicated to democratizing access to the best of beauty and to women’s sports for every eye, lip and face.     🎾 Girls have 1.3 million fewer opportunities to play high school sports than boys have – yet more than three-fourths of working women feel that participating in sports helped their self-image.     🎾 Women’s sports receive 15% of the overall sports media coverage but are roughly 50% of the fans.    What the e.l.f.? 🤯   We are here to help shape the conversation for the next generation of changemakers.    In partnership with Billie Jean King Enterprises, we are bringing together 100 influential people in sports, business and entertainment for the Power of Women’s Sports Summit. Together – as a collective – we are investing in women’s sports as a strategic marketplace.     This past month, we had the pleasure of hosting our eyes.lips.FIRST Alumni Catch Up & Connect events in New York City and Oakland! 🚀 We reconnected with our amazing former e.l.f.z and celebrated the community that has played a crucial role in shaping the rocketship that is e.l.f. Beauty today. At e.l.f., we’ve always believed in the power of community and that extends far beyond the time our employees spend working with us. Each member of our e.l.f. fam has left their mark on our brand, fueling the innovation and love that power e.l.f. Beauty.  At both events, alumni shared their unique journeys and how their time at e.l.f. influenced their current careers, highlighting the lasting impact of our values. We also took a moment to honor the legacy of our alumni, acknowledging the remarkable contributions they’ve made to e.l.f. and the beauty industry. Their influence continues to inspire our mission of making beauty accessible to every eye, lip and face. The energy was magical as team members reunited and new relationships were formed. These relationships are the backbone of every high performing team.   We are incredibly grateful for everyone who joined us and contributed to making these events a success.     e.l.f. Beauty reported another quarter of industry-driving growth, reporting today Q2 FY 25 results that outline our 23rd consecutive quarter of net-sales and market-share growth. The results are a testament of the hard work, dedication and innovative spirit of our entire e.l.f. team and partners. 🚀       e.l.f. Beauty’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Tarang Amin said, “We continue to make progress across color cosmetics, skin care and international and believe our unique areas of advantage will fuel our ability to win in fiscal 2025 and beyond.”      Out of ~1,000 cosmetics brands tracked by Nielsen, e.l.f. is the only brand to gain share for 23 consecutive quarters!
