#TBT to just five years ago in 2019 when we completed the renovation of 156 affordable housing units, with support from HUD and NJHMFA! Some of the changes included adding new entry canopies, replacing siding, upgrading kitchen features, and sprucing up bathrooms. In addition to improving the units and buildings, we also built a brand-new community space, which included a kitchen, fitness room, offices, and a maintenance shop. We also improved landscaping, installed a new playground, bike racks, and benches, as well as refurbished the roads and parking lots. #ThrowbackThursday #affordablehousing #construction #renovation #buildings #community
