This project reduced cooling needs by replacing over 1,000 high-heat fixtures with energy-efficient LEDs and added heat-reducing window tint. Last Friday in Hurst, we celebrated a huge milestone – our 200th home assisted through 6 Stones’ Community Powered Revitalization (CPR) Program! 🏡 It all started in 1998 with Employee Giving Day, where the City of Hurst took steps to improve neighborhoods and help homeowners in need. In 2010, we teamed up with 6 Stones to bring even more volunteers and resources to complete home repairs like painting, fence repair, and yard maintenance for residents who qualify. Thanks to this amazing partnership, we’ve now helped 200 residents! 🙌 A huge thank you to 6 Stones and to our incredible residents for making Hurst such a special place to call home! 💙 Learn more about this program at hursttx.gov/CPR. #CommunityPoweredRevitalization
