He fosters a culture where everyone’s voice matters and encourages a supportive environment for personal and professional growth. Jean's commitment extends beyond the workplace, as he actively participates in the Association LAZARE, promoting inclusion and community engagement. 🎮 Amanda Goh, Sustainable Development Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, leads the innovative B-Effect program, which empowers employees to commit to sustainable #socialimpact. Through education and interactive initiatives like the Match & Chat game, Amanda inspires colleagues to empathize with social issues and develop solutions, driving a culture of responsibility and connection within the organization.
