For me achieving work life balance is not a same-day-every-day routine.. It basically means on some days, life would need more space and on others work will.. and to keep the balance, my focus is to ensure that I am taking care of myself to serve both areas of this journey well. Work life balance doesn't really mean a 50:50 balance. It purely means you are getting it done at a pace that you can sustain.. so my top recommendation is to not bite more than you can chew and at the same time keep it challenging enough to ensure you are growing as a person and a professional. Remember both work and life are compartments on this journey.. but you are the vessel.. so the vessel better be solid.. to keep the light shining.. You got this! ❤️

Be crystal clear on boundaries set, work hours must at all times be defined strictly and adhered to since this will help in better demarcation between working and personal time. 2. Take time for self care. We have to break our schedule and find time for doing some relaxing activities like reading. 3. Do not be afraid to delegate work when we can. Delegation does not only lighten the load but creates a team environment. 4. Setting achievable daily goals will help us to stay focused and keep us from feeling overwhelmed as we can work towards greater goals in smaller increments.
