Tip 1: Set a budget of time for self-care. It can act as a time warehouse. I prefer to have at least 1 day (Sat or Sun) fully unplugged from work. Tip 2: Pomodoro technique: My preferred formula is 90-20, meaning 90 minutes working and then 20 minutes rest. But the most important mindset is: You have to rest to perform better.
