Well- my first question would be why are you getting the technology and is it for the benefit of the team? If this is a forced technology, there are no options in that you will adopt the technology, then commiseration in tandem could help. Voice concerns up the chain of command, show you’re fighting for your people. If this is a not forced, but a choice, then getting your sales pitch down to the Nth degree may help. Your staff can see through poor decisions, help get them to buy in and explain the why. Explain the why. Explain the why. If it is a mistake- own it.
