After hitting a major milestone, it's crucial to keep pushing boundaries. In an ER, when we reduce wait times significantly, we don't stop there. We ask, "How can we make patient care even faster and more accurate?" We might pilot new triage technologies or explore AI for early diagnosis. The goal is to keep questioning, learning, and evolving—even after success. Innovation is a continuous mindset, not just a moment.

Through my experiences, I have developed tools, that allow my team and me to maximize our returns from achieving major milestones, as follows. 1. I work with my team first by breaking down the objectives into small doable tasks. 2. Then we identify the key tasks that are linked to the major project's milestones. This step is important as we can specify the elements that can be stretched out throughout the execution stage to maintain sustainable motivation. 3. We follow a multidirectional approach in implementing tasks so that more innovative elements can be gathered to fuel small wins. 4. We encourage a culture of "individual and collective recognition", enhancing continuous innovation. 5. Maintain clear communication of the goals.
