How do I set up or modify my DOCLINE email notifications for Lend Alerts or Contact Library?

Lend Alert and Contact Library emails are sent to Libraries’ Delivery Email address as well as to Contacts with ILL Role*.

All libraries are automatically set to receive Lend Alert emails when Rush or Urgent Patient Care requests route to them to be filled.

To modify your Lend Alert settings for when to receive alerts, do the following:

  1. From the DOCLINE main menu, select Libraries.
  2. Click down arrow
  3. Select Manage library
  4. Scroll down to Lend Information*.
  5. In General tab click the plus sign (+),
  6. Click Edit button to set "Lend Alert Preferences".
  7. Select the type(s) of incoming requests to receive alerts for
  8. Click Update
