AAPC's Chief Business Development Officer, Dan Schwebach, and Director of Business Development, Anita Kangat, recently met with CEOs, executives, and officials from the Supreme Health Council in Bahrain. During the visit, AAPC provided training and insights on various topics, including medical coding, DRGs, and clinical documentation improvement. AAPC began training and certifying medical coders in Bahrain last year and is expanding additional education programs in coordination with the Supreme Health Council to support the country’s healthcare transformation and workforce development initiatives.
